Manual Expression of Milk

There are many articles that explain how to manually express Human Breast Milk.
I have found it to be a valuable tool and have discovered that it can empty my breast the best.

    I also have found that manual expression is very effective and almost as fast as a pump, but it takes a little practice to get good aim to save it.
