Summer Sales Clearance time is here. There are still places that aren’t all the way clearanced down, but most stores are starting to clearance out their summer clothing. It’s a great time to stock up for next year if you can guess the size of your children.

Of the places that I have visited, The Children’s Place has the best deals with JC Penny coming in second.

All summer clothing at the Children’s Place is now $3.99 - http://www.childrensplace.com (click on outlet to the right for summer sale items at $3.99). Their shipping rate is $5.00 flat ( $8.00 to Ak) with just as many items available online as in the store.

If you go to office Max between now and 9/18/2005 you can receive a 15% coupon for The Children’s Place. Just ask for the coupon. The coupon can be used online or in the store. You can also find online coupon codes at http://www.edealinfo.com/Coupons/childrensplace.shtml
The last coupon code expires 9/17/2005 .

JC Penny’s is having a clearance on Summer clothing for 60% off. Carter’s Rompers are only $4.49

Old Navy also has some smoking deals. Online shipping is only $5.00 to all 50 states. Look under “Bargains” for each size for their clearanced items. Their stores also have the prices marked down.

I’ve also been told that Mervyn’s is having an excellent sale on Summer Clothing.

Kohls is also having 70% off some of their Summer Clothing; however there isn’t a large selection. Their Carter’s rompers are still only 40% off along with some other Summer clothing only being 50% off.

Gap also has some decent Summer clearance sales. If you look at http://www.gap.com it’s a bit tricky to get to the sales. First go to http://www.gap.com, click on the type of clothing (BabyGap, GapKids, etc.), next click on the gender, then click on the size, finally click on “sale” to bring up the sale items.

I think Meijer is at 50% off Summer clothing. Their final clearance price should be to 75% in the next 2 weeks.

Gymboree is only at 20% off most of their summer clothing lines.
